As brand, category, and shopper champion, you will drive brand performance, lead P&L responsibility, and foster long-term client partnerships to achieve growth and excellence.
Take ownership of a healthcare brand portfolio, driving growth through strategic planning, P&L management, analytics, and strong relationships with brand partners.
Develop and execute shopper marketing, consumer initiatives, and brand presentations, ensuring alignment with brand owners, while managing briefs, client approvals, and representing brands at key events, while adjusting strategies to meet annual objectives and market challenges.
Collaborate with National Accounts, Field Sales, and Merchandising teams to align brand plans and support key customer meetings for strategic planning and development.
Manage brand profitability through P&L oversight, identify viable market opportunities, track competitor activity, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize forecasts, availability, and operational tasks, ensuring alignment with key metrics and objectives.
If you are a professional with at least 3 years of experience in Brand, Marketing, or Client Management, ideally within the health or personal care sector, particularly in Pharmacy, we want to hear from you.
You should have a proven track record in executing successful brand plans, managing stakeholder relationships, and understanding financial metrics like ROI and sales modeling.
Knowledge of Health Products Regulatory Authority (HPRA) processes is essential. A business-related qualification is advantageous but not required.
