Our leading Communication Tech client is hiring an Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing Specialist in Dublin!The Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing (EBRM) team aims to strategically amplify the company’s unique values, culture, and career opportunities, ensuring an authentic representation that attracts the best builders around the world.
We are looking for an Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing Specialist, to help develop content and talent marketing strategies for emerging markets.
The ideal candidate should have skills in communications, content development, and project management and a strong understanding of the talent landscape in EMEA .
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Partner with cross-functional teams (global employer brand, HR talent acquisition, and R&D teams) and agency partners to craft and execute impactful talent marketing strategies, aiming to attract top R&D talent and elevate the company’s employer brand visibility in key markets.
Activate and engage employee ambassadors to amplify brand awareness through advocacy tools, curated content, and participation in recruiting events.
Partner with copywriting and design teams to create compelling content such as blogs, digital and print assets, and videos.
Ensure marketing communications and assets are consistently aligned with the company’s brand standards.
Analyze performance data to measure the impact and effectiveness of talent marketing initiatives.
Train and empower hiring teams to effectively use new resources and assets throughout the candidate journey.
Conduct research and propose innovative ideas to enhance operational efficiency, broaden brand reach, and attract both active and passive R&D talent.

Required:
Has 4+ years of experience in employer brand, recruitment marketing or corporate marketing engaging tech talent globally.
Strong project management skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a solid track record of delivering successful talent marketing projects.
Ability to work independently, influence and build effective working relationships in a fast paced environment.
Experience developing content for employee blogs, social media channels, and recruiting events.
Must be fluent in English (written and verbal).
Desired:
Video and photo editing.
Graphic design skills (Photoshop or Canva).
Experience using tools like Bitly, EveryoneSocial, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Vimeo, Adobe experience manager or other content management tools.
Specific experience developing talent marketing plans for R&D talent in Ireland or Poland.
