Renaissance is supporting a leading aviation leasing firm located in Dublin, Ireland with their search for a Head of Human Resources who will be an intrinsic member of the leadership team, responsible for devising and executing the company’s HR strategy.
Reporting directly to the Leadership Team, you will be responsible for:
- Devising and delivering core HR functions, including but not limited to the Company’s recruitment needs, compensation and benefits structure, employee relations, and employee professional development.
- You will build strong relationships with all key stakeholders and drive the businesses HR strategies including strategic people goals.
- Lead key initiatives across employee performance management, employee rewards programs, relevant across entry-level to executive leadership.

RESPONSIBILTIIES:
- Assess the Company’s people management needs to ensure HR practices are aligned with business priorities in a proactive and strategic manner.
- Execute core HR processes efficiently and on time, including compensation and benefits reviews, performance evaluations, recruitment and succession planning, whilst also providing data-driven insights and key recommendations to the businesses key stakeholders to support decision-making.
- Devise and streamline efficient HR processes, including incorporating global policies to local market needs, ensuring all relevant HR policies, processes and documentation is current and accurate.
- Extend support and guidance to employees on HR matters, engaging where necessary with external advisors and service providers.
- Collaborate with the CFO on all essential HR services, including payroll, employee benefits, and regulatory compliance reporting.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and organized HR data and employee records to support effective reporting and decision-making through appropriate management systems.
- Participate in and lead HR project related work as assigned.
PERSON PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant HR Certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years proven previous experience as a HR Business Partner/Manager, ideally you will also have aviation leasing sector experience.
- Able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Be a competent HR expert, with experience of employee performance management, compensation and benefits structures, employee relations, and professional development.
- Strong project management capabilities, including planning, execution, reporting, and evaluation.
- Experience devising and implementing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory standards.
- Exceptional organizational and strong communication skills.
- Proficient with data management and software tools, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HR systems (PeopleSoft, SAP, or Workday)
