Job Description:
These are the task
- You deliver operational employee support & consulting in a defined area of responsibility
- You are a talent and learning partner for your support area - advising on employee development, creating development plans for key players, etc
- You develop and deliver employee learning & development initiatives
- You prepare, support and analyze the annual engagement survey
- You are responsible for recruiting in your support area creating job postings, conducting interviews and contract negotiations
- You keep an eye on Controlling tasks such as budget, headcount, bonus and salary review process
- Ensuring that employment law is followed in your support area by applying the relevant policies and procedures is part of your responsibility
- Cooperation with the Workers' Council
- You liaise with colleagues on national & international projects
- You manage and administrate the whole employee lifecycle
- Setting up and maintaining employee data in Workday
The profile we are looking for
- You have a degree in business administration - specializing in human resources/psychology or economics, or a degree in communication or a completed commercial apprenticeship with comparable qualifications and professional experience in the field of human resources
- You gathered several years of professional experience as HR Business Partner in an international environment; if possible experience in a matrix structure
- You have good skills around Learning, Talent & Development topics
- Your English- and German-language-skills are good
- You have Google Suite knowledge and Workday skills
- You are experienced in project management
- You have excellent communication skills, a very strong analytical and structured mindset, result oriented and organized
- You bring a very strong ability to deal with conflicts
- You have a very high sense of responsibility, strong flexibility and a high resilience
- Your are well grounded in L&D topics
- You are motivated to drive things forward as proactive “I can do it”-character, in a very dynamic environment
