Position Overview
As Senior Talent Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive talent strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent across all levels of the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent people management skills and a deep understanding of the talent lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in talent acquisition, employee retention programs, and professional development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing to onboarding, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
- Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract diverse talent across multiple disciplines and geographies.
- Optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and time-to-hire metrics.
- Build strong employer branding initiatives to position Consultport as a top employer in the industry.
Talent Retention
- Design and implement employee retention strategies that promote job satisfaction, employee engagement, and loyalty.
- Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys, and collaborate with leadership to address areas of improvement.
- Drive initiatives focused on employee well-being and company culture enhancement.
Talent Development
- Develop and manage a robust talent development program, including performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Design learning and development initiatives to upskill employees at all levels and support career growth.
- Work closely with managers to identify high-potential employees and create tailored development plans.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and personal development within the organization.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in talent management, including talent acquisition, retention, and development, in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, e.g. Startup or recruiting firm
- Excellent interviewing skills, in particular for commercial roles
- Proven record of hiring and building up B2B sales teams
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English, (German is a significant plus)
