About the Job
As People Manager at JUNA, you will be in charge of the full People Timeline of our employees and the organization. You will bring our HR activities to the next level by designing and introducing procedures and standards for the whole employee life cycle. Beside that you will be in charge of the daily people operations and act as business partner for our team members.
As Culture Manager, you will be in charge to keep our nice, cosy office at Oranienstraße up and running and keep improving it to make it the place to be for yourself and the employees.
In detail you will
- People Operations:
- Set up, automate and improve workflows with our HRIS tool Kenjo
- Offer comprehensive support to our employees throughout their complete life cycle
- Ensure all HR related documents are up to date and adhere to labour law and standards
- Preparation of the monthly payroll and assure smooth execution with our external payroll partner
- Advice the Leadership team on labour law and best practices
- Talent Acquisition:
- Direct search and approach candidates for our open positions
- Fill up, maintain and drive our hiring pipelines
- Support the hiring managers in the recruiting process
- Conduct initial interviews and evaluate the candidates for culture fit
- Culture and Business Support:
- Become the trusted contact person for our employees
- Conduct feedback sessions and present the findings and proposals to the Leadership team
- Identify improvement areas and manage out conflicts
- Office Management:
- Manage and order external suppliers and deliveries
- Identify and enforce improvements within the office space
- Own the travel arrangements and reimbursements process
- Plan and organize events for our team
- Optimize our spendings by identifying the best providers
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a HR Generalist in at least two of the topics above.
- Service oriented mindset
- Experience in maintaining a HRIS
- First experience in working directly with employees and line managers
- Professional English language skills and conversational German language skills
- The desire to grow with us in terms of size as well as in the variety of tasks and responsibilities
- Background or education in hospitality industry is a plus (HoFa)
