The Hamlet is a fast-growing luxury serviced apartment operator based in Geneva, Switzerland. We’re redefining luxury hospitality for discerning travelers seeking immersive experiences that blend comfort, privacy, and local authenticity. Currently operating one boutique property, we’re expanding rapidly: our second building opens in 18 months, with an ambitious vision to establish 10 properties over the next decade—each setting the gold standard for guest and team satisfaction.

Your mission
This is your chance to take full ownership of guest acquisition for the entire Hamlet Group. You’ll design, develop, and execute your own marketing strategy to attract and retain guests. This role is ideal for someone with a visionary mindset who thrives on autonomy and the opportunity to build something impactful from the ground up.
Your ultimate goal will be to drive revenue by:
- Creating awareness and winning new guests who resonate with our brand and vision.
- Building loyalty with former guests, inspiring them to return.
- Shaping and enhancing our brand identity, ensuring it reflects our values and aspirations.
- Maximize customer conversion and drive revenues.
Key responsibilities
You’ll play a pivotal role in growing our guest base, elevating our marketing strategies, and ensuring every campaign delivers measurable results:
- Guest acquisition: Optimize guest acquisition costs to stay within budget while driving maximum impact.
- Digital excellence: Manage website traffic and conversion rates, leveraging SEO, SEA, and multi-channel campaigns (Instagram, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Social media leadership: Developing content strategy, creating and overseeing content creation and driving customer engagement.
- Electronic digital marketing: Craft and execute compelling digital communication to build lasting relationships.
- Agency management: Manage various agencies including but not limited to performance marketing, website, PR etc.
- Influencer management: Engage with relevant influencers to grow brand awareness.
- Develop Hamlet community: Engage customers with the brand and foster a community spirit.
- Experiences and events: Come up with ideas to enhance Hamlet’s value proposition and drive customer engagement.
What we are looking for
Experience & expertise
- Hospitality digital marketing: 3–5 years in hospitality marketing in luxury segment.
- Hands-on marketer: Proven ability to design and execute campaigns—not just oversee them.
- Managerial skills: Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or service providers with a track record of driving results using data and KPIs.
- Language proficiency: Fluent in English.
- Time zone compatibility: Available within ±6 hours of CET, flexible working hours required

Role details
- Position type: Full-time preferred, but part-time arrangements can be discussed.
- Remote work: Fully remote, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world within ±6 hours of CET.
