Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields
At least 5 years of experience in Recruitment practice.
Able to work under pressure and hardworking.
Good interpersonal skills
Computer literacy: Microsoft office

Responsibilities

Conduct end-to-end recruitment process, namely, screening resume to issuing an employment contract.
Collaborate with Line managers to set qualification criteria for hiring positions.
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens to create a shortlist of qualified candidates and arrange interview appointments.
Interviewing candidates in-person for a wide range of roles.
Coordinate with recruitment agencies.
Complete recruitment report such as job vacancy, job status and application database.
Support Talent acquisition special Assignments, engagement activities and community events.
