We are seeking a results-driven and organized Program Manager to join our Product Management team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) to translate strategic goals into actionable initiatives, drive program execution, and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams. This role is integral to delivering high-impact outcomes and fostering a culture of collaboration and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Strategic Collaboration with the CPO:
- Partner with the CPO to translate high-level strategies into actionable programs and initiatives that align with organizational goals
- Provide regular updates to the CPO on program progress, challenges, and proposed solutions
- Collaborate with the CPO to prioritize and manage programs that drive product and business success
Program Planning & Execution:
- Develop and manage comprehensive program roadmaps, schedules, and milestones in alignment with product and company objectives
- Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with the strategic vision
Cross-functional Coordination:
- Work closely with product managers, engineering teams, marketing, and other stakeholders to align on priorities and deliverables
- Facilitate communication across teams to address dependencies, resolve roadblocks, and maintain focus on shared objectives
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success
- Escalate critical issues to leadership, including the CPO, with actionable recommendations for resolution
Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program status updates, ensuring transparency and alignment with the CPO and other key stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver clear and insightful reports and presentations for leadership and cross-functional teams
Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and refine program management processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Promote best practices and champion a culture of continuous improvement
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in program management, product management, or a related role
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management and development processes
- Proficiency in program management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
- Strong understanding of the product management domain and emerging technology trends
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Strong program and project management skills, with experience in Agile and other methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across diverse teams
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges
