Main Purposes of the Job:
- Provide support of human resources activities/ HR programs to ensure the organization's current and future HR requirements are met. These programs may include Learning & Development, Business Partnering, HR information systems, employment/industrial/labor relations as well as HR Point of contact in all aspects of the administrative support.
- Manage the end-to-end communications & Execution of Talent Management process, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure employees are getting the best employee experience working at KraftHeinz.
Detailed Job Responsibilities:
Talent Management
- Responsible in creating Learning & Development Agenda to employees to develop their capability
- Sourcing potential vendor as our learning partners to develop people capabilities
- Having 1 on 1 with employees & Managers to understand people development plan in the organization and connect with other functions in HR to mitigate any risk and; or to take-action to any opportunities pertaining people development
- Conducting Organization Performance Review with leaders to objectively assess people performance and potential in their role as well as their future role
- Working closely with Rewards team and TA team to ensure the development progress are executed in timely manner
- Supporting Head of People & Performance to identify new initiative to improve people capabilities, Engagement and People Experience
- Coordinate Monthly People Movement Plan to rewards (Ensuring compliance of Promotion and or other changes are reflected correctly) as part of development Plan
- Share visibility to TA & Engagement team on any potential leavers or engagement activities needed to ensure people engagement
