In this position, you will lead efforts to strengthen talent management, foster a high-performance culture, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational transformation.
MANDATE SCOPE OF WORK (What You Will Achieve)
In this role you will lead efforts to:
Talent Management and Succession Planning: Support talent management and succession planning to ensure continuity in key roles, fostering career development opportunities to support both current and future business needs.
Strengthen Performance & Results Based Organization: Embed core values in your business units and functions and drive culture where everyone is passionate to drive business performance and bringing in positive vibes to enhance employee engagement.
Maximize Efficiency & Business Alignment: Optimize workforce planning by developing standard organization structure that fully support business goals and future growth and ensure optimum staffing levels with effective people cost management reflecting in HR Multiple while maintaining the commitment to exceptional service quality.
HR Policy Implementation and Support: Provide inputs to all HR processes and policies to ensure practicality make it user friendly. Lead implementation of HR policies and programs by working closely with people managers and staff to address their HR needs, providing end-to-end HR consultation and support across all HR functions. Enable and empower people managers to own their people to become HR manager as well.
Leadership Support and Consultation: Be a trusted advisor to business leaders, offering HR expertise, guidance, and support across all HR disciplines including change management guidelines. Support leaders in managing complex employee relations matters and fostering a positive work environment.
