About the role:
Reporting to the VP, Internal Talent, this role will support the onboarding, learning & development, and talent management of a global workforce of 250+ employees across four countries and six offices. You will build on a strong foundation to uplevel and scale our existing learning programs and talent management processes, with the opportunity to be innovative and creative about how to grow our talent internally.
Responsibilities:
● Onboarding
Revamp the existing onboarding program to scale as we grow, delivering an exceptional experience for new hires and accelerating their integration into our culture and team
○ Facilitate onboarding sessions with new hires and serve as a resource to new hires in their first 90 days
○ Provide best practices on functional onboarding to ensure a consistent experience across teams
● Learning & Development
○ Contribute to the design/development and manage implementation of learning & development initiatives, including but not limited to:
■ Comprehensive learning needs assessment to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization
■ Company-wide and team-level learning opportunities
■ Tiered leadership development programs and resources for new managers through senior leaders
■ Internal emerging investor training program in partnership with investors
○ Partner with the Employee Engagement, Communications & DEI Manager on communications and DEI-related learning opportunities
○ Manage external relationships with vendors, consultants, and coaches
○ Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of learning programs and contribute to the L&D roadmap ○ Manage all logistics and administration of learning programs
● Performance Management
○ Manage the mid-year and year-end performance management process, including developing guidance/resources and administering the performance management system (Culture Amp)
○ Contribute to the performance management roadmap to introduce and build new capabilities over time (e.g., goal setting, anytime feedback, development plans)
○ Keep abreast of talent trends, best practices, and benchmarks to advance thinking around learning and talent management solutions
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications
● 6-8+ years of progressive experience in learning & development in a global organization; performance management experience preferred
● Digital/e-learning development skills a plus
● Excellent written and oral communication skills with demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills
● Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization
● Strong project management skills with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment ● Self-starter that takes initiative, high standard of excellence for personal performance
● High intellect and curiosity, creativity in approach and thinking
● Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise judgment and shape ambiguity
● Three-four days per week in the office with periodic travel to office locations
