We recently appointed our first Managing Director and have built an ambitious and exciting business strategy for the next 3 years that will see us evolve from a creative recruitment agency into a talent growth consultancy.

THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for our first fractional Marketing Manager to join our team and execute our recently finalised 2025 marketing strategy.
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for raising the profile of UNKNOWN amongst target clients and top industry talent. Working closely with the SLT, including our Founder/CEO, you’ll drive the execution and ongoing adaptation of the marketing strategy, ensuring our Unique Proposition is clear in all marketing collateral. You’ll play a key role in driving awareness and increased inbound leads through creative and strategic marketing, ensuring alignment between the marketing and sales strategies.
You should be passionate about the creative and social landscape, with a minimum of 36 months experience in a marketing role.
This role is hybrid with flexible working hours totalling 24 hours per week.
What this looks like:
Execution of Marketing Strategy.
- Ownership of UNKNOWN’s key social media channels (LinkedIn and Instagram) – using the Marketing Strategy and Canva Pro to develop engaging posts and manage the posting schedule, respond to comments and evaluate performance to inform future content recommendations
- Monthly updates to UNKNOWN’s website, making sure our latest case studies are shared both on site and on socials
- Assist the team with rollout of Untalented (our agency podcast) assets, briefing edits to our production resource and rolling out clips on our social channels in line with the marketing strategy
- Lead on rollout of all additional marketing material, such as mailers and the newsletter
- Monthly reports shared with UNKNOWN’s senior team, with recommendations made based on social media stats for future posts and optimisations, as well as reporting on lead gen via marketing
What we are looking for:
- We’re looking for a motivated and creative self-starter with a deep interest and understanding of the social space
- Excellent writing skills and demonstrated ability to craft compelling copy for diverse platforms, including social media, email campaigns and website, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging
- Marketing or social experience, preferably within an agency, and an ability to take and adapt an existing marketing strategy
- Well versed with social media platforms and a clear understanding of how to grow communities
- Comfortable using in-platform analytics to review performance and generate insights for the future
- Comfortable using platforms such as CapCut and Canva Pro for editing, ensuring assets rolled out are of a high quality, with an eye for design and adhered to UNKNOWN’s branding
- Strategic thinker and able to keep up with fast-moving social trends
- Flexibility to work regularly from our office on The Strand, or on location as required as well as remote is a must. We are flexible on when you need to complete your hours so let's chat.
