TalentoHC has partnered with a global, $3B organization with 55K employees in search of a Regional Human Resources Director. This key position reports to the Chief People Officer and will be responsible for driving the organization’s overall West Region HR strategy. We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Regional Director of Human Resources to lead our HR initiatives across multiple locations. This leadership role will oversee HR operations, talent management, employee relations, and compliance, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and values. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR best practices, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive organizational change.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and enhance employee engagement across the region.
- Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting open communication.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations, maintaining compliance with all local, state, and federal requirements.
- Performance Management: Drive performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback processes.
- HR Operations: Streamline HR processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery across the region.
- Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership to align HR practices with business strategies and facilitate organizational change.
- Data Analysis: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess trends, measure performance, and make informed decisions.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on regional or multi-site operations.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire HR teams and drive organizational change.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HR analytics tools is a plus.
- Ability travel up to 60%
