ASSISTANT MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCE (1-YEAR TEMPORARY CONTRACT)
[What you will be working on]
Our Talent Acquisition Team is committed to sustaining and advancing LTA’s growth by strategically recruiting talent to help build a transport ecosystem and network that is convenient, well-connected, and fast.
In this role, you will be managing the recruitment lifecycle. This includes collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, screening and shortlisting candidates through various channels, putting up salary proposals and offers, and overseeing the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organisation. You will also have the opportunity to work with our appointed agencies for relevant recruitment and onboarding matters.
[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with candidates and colleagues
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is preferred
