Role description:
- Oversee team members in managing the entire recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, job advertisement posting, CV screening and shortlisting, interview scheduling and conducting, offer creation, reference checking, and onboarding arrangements.
- Acting as a lead point of contact to a variety of stakeholders across a busy and varied portfolio
- Managing and mentoring a team of recruits, with a view to continuously improving delivery, with a focus on delivering an amazing candidate and client experience
- Recruiting for a variety of positions including cost estimators, schedulers, engineers, project/program managers, and other specialist roles
- Contribute actively to global recruitment efforts by sharing best practices and collaborating with global Talent Acquisition partners.
- Proficiency in Excel and system skills are essential, as daily tasks involve working within an Applicant Tracking System.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management (this is a plus not a must) or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Preferably has experience in a similar industry or with recruitment agencies.
- Mature, responsible, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and excellent in communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.Strong command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
