Where you'll work: This role will be based in our Hove office twice a week π’

Day to day this role will
- Drive our talent acquisition strategy to fuel our growth
- Lead & build out our talent team, creating best practices in sourcing, hiring, and employer branding
- Develop innovative hiring strategies, optimising recruitment operations, and fostering a culture that draws the best talent in the industry
- Attract top tier talent to the business, becoming the trusted expert and playing a key role in senior hiring
- Develop and implement a scalable talent acquisition processes, tools, and best practices that support efficient, high-quality hiring
- Drive & own employer branding initiatives, positioning Tillo as an employer of choice
- Use data-driven insights to continuously optimise recruiting performance in order to meet hiring goals
Who weβre looking for
- A strategic talent acquisition expert, with 3+ years in a leadership role within a high-growth tech business
- A proven leader with the ability to build teams, inspire a culture of excellence, and foster professional growth within the talent function
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Hands-on experience developing and implementing high-impact hiring strategies, especially in fast-paced, scaling environments
- A creative problem-solver who is comfortable with ambiguity and energised by the challenge of finding and securing the best talent
- Someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and adapting quickly to changing priorities
It's not essential, but we'd love to hear about it if you have experience with
- Working in a FinTech business
