Job Scope:

Shape the future of banking by leading our cultural transformation and employer brand strategy. As a key driver of change, you'll work directly with top management to build an inspiring workplace where talent thrives and innovation flourishes.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure effectively communicate the bank’s strategic direction to different internal audiences across all internal channels.
Collaborate closely with top management to champion the bank’s goals via dynamic internal communications.
Strengthen our corporate culture and values across the organization.
Leverage external channels to showcase the bank’s culture and values, while monitoring brand perception to refine strategies and attract new talent.
Establish and manage bank-wide recognition programs.
Oversee budgets, team resources, and provide leadership and coaching.

We’re Looking For:

Master's degree in Communications, Branding, Marketing, Management, or related field.
12+ years of experience in Internal/External Communications and Corporate Culture.
Excellent communication both Thai and English, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Creative, proactive, and resilient with strong project management skills.
