Responsibilities
- Support and proactively drive global and regional projects and initiatives; coordination and tracking of projects using usual project management instruments.
- Creation of presentations, reports, and documents for Senior Management.
- Preparation of business cases, including selection of methodology and analysis of data.
- Apply the home of best fit for activities across HR and move work to best cost locations.
- Support the redesign of organizational set-up at a team/functional level to ensure effective delivery of services.
- Analysis, development, and tracking of agreed success measures to optimize delivery.
Who You Are
- Solid practical understanding of end-to-end process reengineering and delivery on a global scale.
- Experience of working within an HR Transformational Project including management, execution, delivery, and embedding of process change.
- Strong communicator capable of creating compelling narratives.
- Strong analytical skills, preferably in a PMO or programme environment; proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications and presentation skills.
- Exposure to project and programme monitoring techniques is an advantage.
- Global team player with personal drive, and a high degree of ownership.
- Ability to generate innovative ideas and challenge the status quo.
- Good financial acumen and experience working with budgets and (FTE) forecast.
