What this job involves:
The People Experience Project Manager is part of the Work Dynamics EMEA HR team, and they focus on the effective transition management and integration of new employees into JLL throughout EMEA, from various clients and clients’ incumbent suppliers. The role also provides support to EMEA HR Transitions Lead with business development activities and will ensure the flawless execution of human resource practices in support of our key stakeholders and clients and will possess strong project management, collaboration, facilitation, organization and planning skills.
The People Experience Project Manager will use their business acumen, HR expertise & local knowledge to enable business, client and HR priorities. PXPMs will deep dive, project manage and influence HR Service Delivery to our new and existing clients.
Location: anywhere across the EMEA, as long as the candidate has flexibility to travel as required.
What your day-to-day will look like:
To provide end to end comprehensive transition project management services to the Work Dynamics business, covering all aspects of the HR delivery to ensure smooth transitions and account transformations to Work Dynamics.
To drive the implementation to set target dates for the HR workstream providing regular project updates to the clients and the Transition Management teams.
Successfully project manage all HR issues in the transition of business into Work Dynamics throughout EMEA following a detailed playbook and within the given timescales and budget, ensuring that all in-scope employees are transferred to JLL, according to European and local laws where applicable (e.g. TUPE, Acquired Rights Directive, etc.)
Work in close partnership with the Work Dynamics in-country HR PXP teams, to support the confirmation of the relevant process and steps to enable successful transitioning of employees.
Engage with the Work Dynamics EMEA HR Operations teams to establish requirements and relevant process to enable successful onboarding of transitioning employees.
Working with the Account and TA teams on aligning GCFW and compensation within budget and benchmarking.
Attend weekly client and JLL transition meetings to provide comprehensive updates on the progress of HR transitions – transition, recruitment, employee reps consultation, issues and risks.
Where appropriate, support the engagement of the appropriate bodies and employees in conjunction with the in-country HR PXP teams and clients, ensuring that all legal obligations are met i.e. Workers Councils, employee reps etc.
Provide reporting on a regional and global level regarding transitions pending, in flight, and closed out along with data on each transition for project reporting.
Update the transition HR project plans for each country to ensure it is in-line with agreed tasks and their target completions.
Provide a People Tracker with staffing completion reporting for client and JLL leadership.
Plan and coordinate the communication strategy and lead the EMA and support the in-country HR teams with the delivery of the Employee Presentations (Roadshows)
Project Manage recruitment through working in partnership with the TA Team and Account Lead for the new accounts across EMEA during the transition period.
Business Expertise
Experience of delivering HR, Operational and client facing activity within a complex organization
Strong background in technology and how this can be leveraged to support project management and client requirements.
Team player who can leverage business strategy and work across the matrix organisation with JLL HR
Leadership
Drive the growth of the JLL Work Dynamics organisation across EMEA, serving as a central HR professional.
Skilled project manager and facilitator, who can lead local and regional employee transition programs, and engage with clients etc.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively manage priorities.

Ability to adjust styles of communicating to varying situations to align with client, JLL business requirements and the objectives of our accounts
A passion to work with people across a variety of backgrounds teaching and learning from people across the organisation.
Excellent organizational skills with a starter finisher mentality with acute attention to detail.

Ability to adjust styles of communication to varying situations to effectively communicate with a diverse array of stakeholders.
Ability to cultivate robust and meaningful relationships to serve as a trusted HR expert to our new and existing accounts and their clients.

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:
Good employment law knowledge and to demonstrate ability to learn TUPE and ARD
A good understanding of EMEA legislation and HR best practice.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to effectively deliver presentations to large audiences
Ability to project manage and demonstrate the ability to work in a pressured environment
Required Skills and Experience:
Relevant HR professional qualification or equivalent experience.
Prefer experience working in a remote, matrixed, and geographically distributed organisation.
Skilled team player able to communicate their thoughts clearly and effectively.
Ability to co-ordinate, motivate and manage others in multi-site set-up
Sound judgement and problem-solving skills, with strong analytical abilities
Ability to think strategically and creatively
