Due to our exciting growth, we are currently hiring a Head of Talent Acquisition to join our team.
MODE SEARCH is a leading global consultancy and search firm. We curate the inspiring individuals behind the world’s most desirable luxury brands, Fashion, Lifestyle, and the Creative industries. We believe in offering a flexible approach to clients and offering a truly personalised and bespoke service.
We’re looking for an experienced recruiter who:
- Has 2-3 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Can demonstrate a track record of consistent results in a similar role
- Is ambitious, confident, tenacious, and a self-starter
- Has a genuine interest in the fashion industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and headhunt candidates for management and director-level roles
- Ideally, have experience recruiting for management roles in retail corporate functions (UK & international markets), but we’re also open to supporting your growth in this area
- Focus on senior management to director-level searches, with experience in Retained and Exclusive projects being a bonus
- Work directly with the founders and Directors of Mode Search for hands-on guidance and support
- Enhance the candidate experience, a key priority for us
