We're seeking an experienced and strategic GTM Talent Partner to join our growing Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the VP of People. In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to hiring managers, lead full-cycle recruitment processes, and contribute to shaping the future of Kiln's workforce. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in building and scaling our teams while creating exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
Responsibilities
Requirements
Proven experience in hiring go-to-market people (4+ years) in a full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally within tech or startup environments.
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Ashby).
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with leadership, hiring managers, and candidates.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
A data-driven mindset, leveraging insights to optimize hiring strategies and inform decisions.
Preferred Skills
Experience hiring for roles in Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency sectors.
Familiarity with global recruitment practices, particularly in Europe, North America, and Asia.
A passion for employer branding and building diverse teams.
Experience using Ashby.
French speaking.
