Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to establish and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement across all talent acquisition activities, taking responsibility for the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring that recruitment strategies and processes operate to consistently high standards. You will have relevant hands on experience and qualifications with an ethos of continuous improvement to achieve exceptional high standards. This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours/week.
Key Requirements
- Business related qualification, either vocational or academic.
- 3 years' experience in talent acquisition, managing the full recruitment cycle and administration, with at least 1 year in the health & social care sector.
- 3 years' experience managing an ATS or CRM system.
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to multitask.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organisation and internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Desirable Requirements
- Business related undergraduate degree.
- Experience in onboarding new hires.
- Knowledge of right to work requirements.
- Experience carrying out audits and recommending/implementing improvements.
- Experience recruiting for the supported housing sector.
