Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee our HR operations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and practices that support the organization’s growth and foster a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, employee relations and talent development.
Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy and Policy Development
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.
- Create and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with AU, HK & UK labor laws and regulations.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and satisfaction.
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Lead the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires.
- Employee Relations
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Oversee performance management processes and provide coaching to managers.
- Training and Development
- Identify training needs and design development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Coordinate workshops, seminars, and training sessions to promote professional growth.
- Compensation and Benefits
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary and benefits packages.
- Manage employee performance review processes and compensation adjustments.
- Compliance and Legal
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Handle legal and ethical HR mattes with confidentiality and sensitivity.
- HR Data and Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and employee data.
- Generate HR reports and analytics for management review.
- Employee Engagement and Communication
- Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employment engagement and morale.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between employees and management.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred or Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years or above experience in Human Resources field in MNC HR role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR regulations, compliance, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of expat AU, HK & UK work visa application.
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional HR teams.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
