We are looking for a passionate and experienced Manager, Talent Development & Staff Engagement to lead our internal staff development programs. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive staff development programs aligned with Elsa's strategic goals.
- Identify skills gaps and design training modules to enhance staff performance and engagement.
- Partner with department heads to understand team needs and customize development strategies.
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and career progression initiatives.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives to build a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of development programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Stay ahead of HR trends and best practices to continuously improve Elsa's talent strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in Talent Development / Human Resource or related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated success in creating and implementing employee development programs.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- A deep passion for nurturing talent and driving organizational success.
