HR Advisor
Location: Mayfair, London
Salary: £45,000 plus annual bonus, plus great benefits
Hours: Mon-Fri on site
A hugely exciting position, working in an exclusive Private Members Club in Mayfair: you will be supporting the HR Director and HR Manager whilst providing guidance to the Coordinator and Administrator.
You will be a warm, engaging and empathetic people advisor – with a passion for hospitality, service and employee engagement. You will be comfortable deputising for the HR Manager in their absence.

- Employee relations
- Employee wellbeing, employee experience and engagement
- Generalist HR requirements
- HR Reporting
- Recruitment
- Employee lifecycle
- Training & Development
- Industry events
You'll be a #perfectfit if you:
- Have hospitality HR experience at Advisor level (this is a )
- Are a passionate ‘people-person’ and get your energy from building and maintaining great relationships, ensuring a happy and healthy workplace
- Are calm and efficient under pressure/multiple deadlines
- Want to promote positive employee relations – encouraging open communication, trust, mutual respect
- Have a great mix of empathy, genuine human connection and curiosity
- Are a strong HR generalist and can also view things strategically and future focussed
- CIPD Qualified level 3 (not essential)
