A NYC based client of ours is looking for a Senior Manager of HR to partner closely with the VP of HR, contributing both strategically and operationally, impacting all facets of HR. Our fast-paced environment requires creativity, tenacity, and a commitment to excellence in HR practices.
Responsibilities
- Act as a senior consultative partner offering expert advice on HR policies and best practices.
- Manage a team including an HR Manager, Recruitment Leaders, and HR Administrator, providing leadership, guidance, and support in daily operations.
- Co-lead employee relations efforts, from initial intake through to investigation and resolution of workplace concerns.
- Collaborate in the year-end compensation process, ensuring effective communication, reporting, and data management.
- Identify opportunities for HR process improvements aligned with business objectives, making strategic recommendations.
- Oversee equal opportunity, diversity, and inclusion recruitment initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace.
