Market Director, Soni Tech

We are excited about our growth and looking to bring on a dynamic leader into the firm. This person will join the leadership team by playing a key role in scaling our Soni Tech brand.
Key aspects of the role:
- Full ownership of divisional P&L
- People Management – Inspire, motivate and develop a team of senior sales professionals
- Drive Growth - Partner with talent acquisition to attract and hire the best talent
- Drive Revenue - Manage and maintain existing client relationships while taking a strategic and scientific approach to new business
- Develop a targeted business development strategy that drives recurring revenue
- Focus on ongoing system and process improvement by continually improving standard operating procedures
- Explore alternative methods of developing brand equity within the human capital market
Ideal candidate will have:
- Must be local to NYC-3 days on-site
- A clear vision of growth and developing an industry-leading organization
- Strong people development and management skills
- Strong operational and process improvement background
- 10+ years of Tech Staffing experience
