The Role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and hit the ground running. The role will involve working closely with the Head of Marketing to execute on a comprehensive Marketing strategy, as well as managing responsibility for TradingHub's overall branding and image. You will have the skills to ensure you support and develop efficient, effective delivery, whilst keeping creative output high.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the execution of brand marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and with the support of the wider Marketing team
- Manage the corporate website: ensuring it is optimised for SEO and messaging is accurate, compelling, and on brand
- Support the Events Manager with the execution of hosted and sponsored events (sourcing venues, liaising with vendors, booking venues, managing payments, logistics, informing internal stakeholders, promotion of events across media channels)
- Manage the process of producing best in class collateral in all formats through collaboration with designers and the wider marketing team
- Develop and have complete ownership of the social media strategy for the business
- Responsible for all elements of campaign set-up and execution, including audience selection, budgeting, tracking and campaign management
Requirements
- Experience working as a Marketing Manager or a similar role
- Comprehensive understanding of effective communication strategies for diverse audiences and the ability to identify optimal channels for engagement
- Knowledge of marketing tactics, such as SEO, digital advertising, social media and related tools such as Google Analytics and Hubspot
- Experience with LinkedIn paid and organic
- Proven ability to execute and lead successful marketing and brand campaigns and strategies
- Strong communication, organisational and project management skills
