The Role
VP, HRBP, Human Resources Department
Key Accountabilities
- Provide all-rounded HR advisory services to designated Business Units, including but not limited to manpower planning, staff engagement and development, staff relations and counseling, staff performance management, and all people-related agendas;
- Work closely with Business Units in the year-end bonus and salary review exercise;
- Review and streamline HR policies and procedures to enhance overall efficiency;
- Participate in HR, staff engagement, and employer branding projects;
- Perform other duties as directed by superiors from time to time.
Skills & Experience
- University graduate
- At least 7 years of experience in HR with a minimum of 3 years in an HRBP role, preferably in the banking/financial services industry
- Good communication skills with excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Independent, with a strong motivation to learn and embrace change
- Well-versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related statutory requirements
- Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, and well-organized
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Vice President
