Senior People Manager
Luxury Private Members Club, Central London
circa £60-65,000 salary plus benefits
We are looking for a confident and outgoing Senior People Manager to join the People & Culture team at a luxury private members club in Central London.
Reporting to the People Director, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR/people operations focusing on employee relations, engagement, efficiencies and productivity. You will also have an opportunity to create and deliver forward-thinking and impactful people projects & initiatives.

Key areas of focus for the role will be Employee Relations, Culture, Communication and Engagement, Community, Learning and Development, Recognition and Rewards, Wellbeing, DEI, Technology and Analytics, Process and Policies and Due Diligence.

- A plate spinner – someone who can handle multiple tasks and projects at any one time
- A natural relationship builder
- Experience of dealing with ER and performance issues
- Comfortable with systems/platforms and Microsoft Office
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring everything is in the right place
- Work hard/have fun approach
