- DEI Subject Matter Expertise - Understanding of DEI best-practices, latest trends, and ability to navigate various DEI conversations

Key job responsibilities
- Collaborate with the DEI Committee, senior leadership and partner teams to support the EU ATS DEI strategy and prioritised programmes
- Support DEI Committee activities to help ensure the committee is staying on track with key deadlines and deliverables, while serving as an Employee Engagement Project Management SME to offer best practices to the team.
- Execute EU ATS-wide DEI initiatives, including developing toolkits and assets for our people managers, influence and align multiple stakeholders, define project plans, assemble resources, manage implementation activities, and develop all processes associated with program roll-out and ongoing support.
- Build a multi-channel content strategy, including tactical execution, that supports the DEI Strategy and Committee
- Support EU ATS DEI events (e.g. Pride) and Affinity groups such as the EU Women at Transportation group, to create bar raising experiences
- Communicate effectively to EU ATS teams to drive adoption and feedback collection around DEI programs/activities
- Use strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends to identify engagement opportunities and initiatives for improvement.
- Set goals, timelines and a formal tracking process to measure and manage progress.
- Participate in projects and initiatives related to diversity in talent acquisition.
- Ensure a high bar of employee experience for DEI related activities
A day in the life
As a Senior Programme Manager, you’ll drive and manage the implementation of creative, data-driven change in Amazon, leading improvement projects and programmes on the EU ATS culture and employee experience, helping tell the story of what it is like to work in EU ATS. You’ll use strategic thinking to define and implement an efficient project plan.
Senior Programme Managers have significant responsibilities, and you’ll deal with complex challenges with creativity, innovation, and leadership.
