Position: Intern - Human Resources
Location: Singapore
Key Responsibilities (Operations Track):
- Work with HR Shared Service Centre on employee on-boarding and off-boarding process
- Support employees' leave and attendance management
- Support employee caring and engagement activities
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team in job posting, sourcing and interview scheduling
- Assist in campus recruitment roadshow, talks and other events
- Any other projects and ad-hoc duties that may be assigned
Key Responsibilities (Talent Acquisition Track):
- Assist in campus recruitment operations, providing end-to-end support for recruitment-related activities, such as campus events, networking sessions and Open Days.
- Participate in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and selecting suitable candidates.
- Execute HR projects and initiatives such as employer branding and internal referral programs to acquire suitable talents.
- Perform other tasks as required by the manager.
Qualifications:
- Fast learner with ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Detail-Oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (as this role works closely with internal customers in China)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Self-driven individual and able to work independently
Commitment Period: Full-time, 6 months and above (Jan 2025 onwards)
