Fearnleys is seeking a skilled People & Operations Manager to oversee our London office's administrative and HR functions, ensuring compliance with UK regulations and internal policies. This role will involve cross functional team management support, general operations management, HR administration, insurance and vendor management, and will report to Headquarters.

What You Will Do:
- Oversee office administrative activities, ensuring compliance and maintaining records
- Handle all relevant HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, HRM system updates, and reporting
- Coordinate employee mobility related tasks, including foreign employee passes and visas
- Manage local insurance schemes and renewals
- Plan and prepare the annual administration budget
- Oversee office and facility maintenance
- Manage and support local and global events
- Liaise with suppliers and manage procurement
- Oversee office security and IT support in coordination with the global IT team
- Contribute to HR process improvements and support global HR initiatives
- Ensure confidentiality and careful handling of sensitive information
- Coordinate local audit activities in collaboration with the Global accounting team
What We Are Looking For:
- A curious and digital person, competent in the Microsoft environment
- Service-oriented problem solver, skilled at multitasking
- Proven experience in office management and HR administration. Basic bookkeeping a plus.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- High professionalism and confidentiality
- Confident in working independently and managing diverse tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Competent in MS Office suite and HRM software
