As a People Consultant (HR Manager) in PwC you will work in partnership with business leadership and key stakeholders to develop, drive and execute the people strategy, to continuously enhance the employee experience and business performance. Supporting the Senior People Consultants you will provide consultation on people strategy, policies and programmes for your assigned Business Units.
You will be responsible for owning your portfolio and building relationships with key stakeholders across the business to understand their challenges and identify potential solutions. You will advise and consult on all aspects of the people agenda and be the first point for complex escalations and people challenges.
What your days will look like:
Lead the delivery of people related cyclical activities including performance, reward and talent management. Additionally, support the execution of firmwide people related strategic projects.
Build close and trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including Partners and employees, providing support, coaching, and constructive challenge to people issues within their Business Unit.
Analyse and interpret large datasets to create meaningful insight with actionable recommendations.
Collaborate closely with our operational delivery colleagues in HR support functions and SME business partners to deliver against specific people priorities.
This role is for you if:
You have extensive experience across all HR disciplines, ensuring a well-rounded approach to human resource management driving employee development and organisational success.
You have a proven track record in leading the delivery of cyclical HR processes, such as performance reviews and reward systems.
You are adept at managing performance improvement plans and, have experience of advising on technical employee relations and best practice.
You excel at helping business leaders find lasting solutions to both persistent and urgent issues, leveraging your strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
You are a clear and articulate communicator, confident in leading challenging or difficult conversations with stakeholders at all levels.
You have experience in gathering, analysing, and interpreting HR data and analytics, providing meaningful insights from a variety of data sources that enable informed decision-making for business leaders.
