Your Mission
As a
Tech Content Marketing Manager (f/m/d)*, you will lead the creation of thought leadership and technical content that positions Parloa as an industry authority in the AI and tech sector.
This role involves producing high-quality content, including blogs, guides, industry reports, and engaging videos that simplify complex topics. You will identify data opportunities, interview technical subject matter experts, and monitor market trends to develop compelling, data-driven insights. Additionally, you will take ownership of the Parloa blog.
In This Role You Will
- Develop and Publish Tech Thought Leadership Content: Create high-quality content on AI and tech that reinforces Parloa’s position as an industry leader, including blog posts, white papers, and landing page content focused on (but not limited to) product and technical insights.
- Create Engaging, Data-Driven Insights: Produce data-driven content pieces, market analyses, industry reports, and interactive content that simplifies complex AI topics into accessible formats, including videos and innovative content formats.
- Own and Manage the Blog: Create and lead the blog strategy, developing a clear content calendar, coordinating with writers, and implementing efficient workflows for content creation and publication.
- Collaborate with Tech and Product Experts: Engage with tech and product teams to produce and support them in producing content that showcases expertise.
- Stay Current on Product and Industry Trends: Deepen product knowledge and stay updated on fast-changing tech trends to keep content relevant.
- Create Customer Success Stories: Highlight customer achievements through impactful storytelling that demonstrates product value.
- Oversee Content Production and Quality: Oversee the entire content production process—from coordinating freelancers and designers to managing page creation and publishing—while ensuring all content meets high standards for quality, consistency, and brand voice.
What You Bring To The Table
- B2B Tech Content Marketing Experience: 3-5 years in a sales-led, B2B tech content marketing role (ideally SaaS), with a proven ability to produce impactful content. Experienced in collaborating with tech experts, product teams, and engineers to create results-driven content.
- Strong Technical Acumen and Passion for AI: Deep understanding of technology and enthusiasm for AI, enabling you to translate complex concepts into compelling content.
- Analytical and Market-Driven Mindset: Skilled at analyzing data, tracking industry trends, and turning technical insights into engaging stories that resonate with target audiences.
- Exceptional Content Development Skills: Strong writing and concepting skills across multiple formats, with experience in both traditional copywriting and creating scripts for visual content (e.g., videos, graphics).
- Video Content Creation Experience: Proficient in developing scripts and storylines that bring complex tech topics, impactful customer stories, and other key narratives to life through video.
- Organizational and Project Management Strengths: Highly organized with strong project management skills, capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders—including freelancers—simultaneously.
- Effective Stakeholder Communication: Skilled at engaging with both external customers and internal experts, ensuring smooth collaboration with subject matter experts and freelancers.
- Detail-Oriented and Quality-Focused: Committed to producing high-quality, brand-consistent content through meticulous editing, thorough quality checks, and alignment with brand standards.
- SEO Expertise: Strong grasp of SEO best practices, including keyword research and on-page optimization, to enhance organic reach and engagement.
Nice To Have
- Background in Journalism: Journalism experience is a plus, bringing strong skills in storytelling, deep research, and critical questioning.
- Experience in Generative AI, Voice AI, or Related Field: Familiarity with the genAI or voice AI market is advantageous.
- Experience with AI Content Tools: Proficiency with AI-driven content platforms (e.g., Jasper) to boost efficiency and creativity in content creation.
