Job Opportunity: Sr. Manager, Human Resources Business Partner

Hirewell is excited to partner with our client to identify a talented Sr. Human Resources Business Partner to join their team. This full-time leadership role offers the opportunity to drive HR strategy and execution for one of their key divisions.
About the Role
The Sr. Manager, HRBP will be the trusted advisor to divisional leaders, overseeing day-to-day HR operations, compliance, and strategic initiatives. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive work environment and aligning HR practices with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the HR function leader for regional business units, guiding managers on effective use of HR resources.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights to leaders on people, teams, and program strategies.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements, including NLRA, ADA, FMLA, EEO, and FLSA regulations.
- Partner with HR Operations to manage day-to-day HR oversight, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Lead recruitment efforts for open positions while supporting performance reviews, merit, and rewards processes.
- Drive positive employee relations and culture-building initiatives aligned with company values.
- Oversee benefits communication and support during open enrollment and plan changes.
- Provide coaching, counseling, and guidance to employees and leaders during critical discussions.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 10–15 years of HR generalist experience, with expertise in workforce strategy, employee relations, talent management, and talent acquisition.
- Experience in manufacturing and union environments.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including FLSA, NLRA, EEOC, ADA, and FMLA.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leaders.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Skilled in conflict resolution, investigations, and employee relations.
- Solid program management and process improvement skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Financial acumen with an understanding of P&L impact.
