Position – Chief People Officer
Job Summary:
The Chief People Officer (CPO) will report into the CEO and President. As a member of the leadership team, the CPO will develop HR strategies that align with the company’s goals. The CPO will develop strategies and execute programs to attract, develop and retain talent.
Accountabilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends.
- Experience developing and implementing successful HR strategies that drive organizational growth.
- Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition and Performance Management.
- Proven experience leading organizations through change.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all levels of the organization.
