Job Description
If you would like to be responsible for P&G corporate communications for Italy, with focus both on the local digital properties of the Company and the offline content, then this is the opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
- Executing the P&G Italy corporate & digital communication strategy to reach stakeholders and consumers, with the objective to continue building the image and reputation of the Company, across multiple projects;
- Managing the local website based on the P&G Italy SEO strategy and constantly updating the content (i.e. leading the blog editorial content plan), while also optimizing the presence and organic visibility on Search Engines;
- The Social Media Management of P&G Italy Social Networks Sites (LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube), ensuring a drumbeat of communication on Innovation, Equality & Inclusion, Workplace and Citizenship, by leading the content creation, planning and monitoring;
- Managing the online media monitoring platform;
- Tracking and analyzing the P&G presence in the digital ecosystem, identifying potential or emerging issues.

Job Qualifications
You are a good fit if you have:
- A Bachelor or Master's degree in a related field;
- Excellent writing skills in Italian and English, as both languages are required at proficient level;
- Working experience on social media platforms, digital campaigns, and influencer marketing;
- Offline corporate and brand communications content creation skills;
- Creativity and results/impact driven approach;
- Digital communications experience, Social Media Management knowledge.
