You will manage manpower planning in accordance to expansion requirements and provide strategic advice on employer branding, talent acquisition, workforce and vendor management.
You should have a degree in the relevant business discipline and 10 years of experience in an MNC or local organisation with regional footprint. You will come with a proven track record in managing a team and strong stakeholder management skills. Prior experience working within a Matrix structure will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of human resource, administrative and building facility functions of the organization and group.
- Lead and implement corporate projects in line with business strategies.
- Work closely with business leaders on organizational change management, employee issues and sustainability.
- Support and align growth and development of people to meet the business needs and challenges.
- Ensure company policies and procedures and adhere to and keep up to date.
- Attend and respond to government workforce initiatives.
- Spearhead Corporate Social Responsibilities activities.
- Chair Management and Risk Assessment meeting.
Requirements:
- Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of HR/ Admin managerial experience with business partnering and change management skills/experience, preferably from retail industry
- Strategic HR competencies required include Talent Management, Leadership Development, Time Management, Succession Planning and Coaching
