An international commercial vehicle solutions provider is inviting an HR Business partner to join its team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic HR Alignment: Design and implement HR strategies to support business goals, while advising managers on performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and compensation
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding processes to enhance employee experience and retention
- HR Policy & Compliance: Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, provide guidance on employee relations, and ensure compliance with best practices and legal standards
- Engagement & Relationship Building: Foster trust and open communication across all levels, leading initiatives to improve employee engagement, employer branding, and workplace culture
- HR Support & Advisory: Address HR-related queries, manage employee concerns, and contribute to local HR projects and activities as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or Business Management or equivalent
- At least 3 years of HRBP experience
- Good knowledge on MOM regulations and employment act
- Candidates from manufacturing background will have an added advantage
