Engagement Campaign Manager

You and Your Team:
This role takes the lead on fostering meaningful customer relationships, driving engagement, and enhancing customer satisfaction though our communications strategy. The role does this through production of copy, key messaging, storytelling and creative to drive engagement and advocacy around the app. This role ensures that customers receive personalized, relevant, and timely communications, elevating their experience within the Snoop platform.
The role involves leading the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of CRM campaigns across multiple channels, including email, in-app notifications and SMS. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, customer support, and the commercial team ensures a cohesive approach to customer relationship management. Strong analytical skills are necessary for tracking and measuring the effectiveness of CRM initiatives, providing actionable insights for strategy refinement.
A deep understanding of the personal finance landscape and consumer behaviour is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads the planning and delivery of engagement campaigns
- Provides creative and copy/content support for all campaigns and content
- Leads the strategy on the creative ways to engage audiences in content and campaigns.
- Makes sure customers are at the heart of everything we do, and our actions enhance our customer relationships.
- Manages relationships and expectations with internal stakeholders, aligning priorities, keeping them informed as appropriate.
- Leads production of image library with compliant images, liaising with the creative team as appropriate.
- Develops and maintains a repository for all suitable and reusable brand assets.
- Own the planning and delivery of projects from initial brief through to measurement
- Using analytics tools to tracking and report on campaign performance.
- Make improvements based on measurable objectives, data and colleague feedback
- Supports the content team in keeping content up to date and accurate.
- Adheres to the FCA Conduct rules
Knowledge and Expertise:
- Ability to understand and interpret business strategies and initiatives and translate complex messaging to clear and compelling content always with the audience in mind.
- Able to develop creative concepts before producing treatments using message framework and content calendar.
- Able to come up with strong, fresh ideas that have traction, sometimes under tight timeframes.
- Able to come up with creative concepts that can be successfully delivered through multi-channel formats.
- Confidence in bringing a fresh perspective to the table to ensure communications are delivered in the right way.
- Strong communication intrapersonal skills that build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels, with ability to influence and challenge constructively.
- Confidence in presenting work to stakeholder and facilitating discussion to build ideas, assimilate feedback and develop work to high quality output.
- High attention to detail to ensure accurate and quality of content. Zero tolerance for errors.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and improve performance
- Excellent organisational skills to manage and coordinate detailed creative communications plans
- Embrace and proactively respond to change with a willingness to learn new skills
- Previous experience as a content producer working within a communications, marketing, social media or similar environment
- Demonstrates solid understanding of FCA Compliance around content creation and customer service support.
Skills and Capabilities:
- Excellent creativity and attention to detail in written communication skills that ensure key messages are clear, easy to understand, grammatically correct and presented in an accessible and engaging way.
- Ability to produce and present compelling presentations and reports
- Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent analytical skills
The interview process:
- Up to 30minute telephone call with a member of the Talent Acquisition team
- Up to 60 mins with the hiring team – Task based interview
- Final interview with the team up to 60 mins – Cultural fit interview
