What we need ?
For sourcer role - Individual with Strong IT sourcing skills (preferred skills - Sap hiring).
For Recruiter role - Solid stakeholder management skills in managing any niche IT skills .
Excellent communication skills , articulation .
Keeping abreast of new sourcing methods and tools.
Develop talent pipelines for current & future hiring needs.
