Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of user-centered learning experiences utilizing generative AI technologies
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and stakeholders to identify learning objectives and create effective educational content
- Conduct research on learning best practices and emerging trends to inform the design process
- Oversee the implementation of learning projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with user needs
- Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of learning experiences through user feedback and metrics, making data-driven improvements
- Manage and mentor a team of learning designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
- Present ideas and design concepts to stakeholders to showcase the value and impact of learning design initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in learning experience design, with a focus on digital learning solutions
- Strong familiarity with generative AI technologies and their application in learning and development
- Proven track record of managing and leading design projects from concept to implementation
- Excellent understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and user experience design
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess learning effectiveness and drive improvements based on data
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to advocate for design initiatives to varied audiences
