Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of user-centered learning experiences utilizing generative AI technologies
Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and stakeholders to identify learning objectives and create effective educational content
Conduct research on learning best practices and emerging trends to inform the design process
Oversee the implementation of learning projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with user needs
Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of learning experiences through user feedback and metrics, making data-driven improvements
Manage and mentor a team of learning designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation
Present ideas and design concepts to stakeholders to showcase the value and impact of learning design initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
5-7 years of experience in learning experience design, with a focus on digital learning solutions
Strong familiarity with generative AI technologies and their application in learning and development
Proven track record of managing and leading design projects from concept to implementation
Excellent understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and user experience design
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess learning effectiveness and drive improvements based on data
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to advocate for design initiatives to varied audiences
