Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that supports WerQ AI's growth and business goals.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in leading HR strategy and driving organizational change in a technology-focused environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in HR management.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization.
