Job Summary:The HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Rockwell plays a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business goals. The HRBP serves as a strategic partner to assigned business units, providing expert HR guidance in talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and performance management. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on implementation to foster a high-performance culture and contribute to Rockwell’s overall success.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, ensuring HR initiatives align with overall business goals.Drive organizational change and development to meet evolving business needs.Offer insights and recommendations for workforce planning and talent management.Work with leadership to identify key talent, succession planning, and ensure career development plans are in place.Facilitate performance management processes, including goal-setting, appraisals, and talent reviews.Support employee development initiatives and ensure the completion of developmental learning hours.Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while promoting a positive employee experience.Address and manage disciplinary actions and grievances.Support initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive work environment.Implement programs to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall company culture.Partner with the HR team to drive alignment between provincial and head office cultures.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or a related HR role, ideally in real estate or a fast-paced, dynamic industry.Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in the Philippines.Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.Experience with data-driven HR decision-making and HR analytics.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
