Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Manager for Digital Recruitment Marketing at Alorica located in Metro Manila. The Senior Manager will be responsible for social media marketing, lead generation, marketing strategies, web analytics, and digital marketing initiatives to enhance recruitment efforts.
Role Overview: The Senior Manager, Digital Recruitment Marketing, will be pivotal in driving our digital recruitment strategy. This role will oversee all digital marketing activities related to recruitment, manage external resources, and ensure a consistent and engaging digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Activities:
- Job Postings: Ensure all job postings on various platforms are current, compelling, and optimized for search engines.
- Social Media Posts: Develop and schedule regular posts to engage potential candidates and promote our employer brand.
- Job Boards: Maintain and update listings on job boards to maximize visibility and reach.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging content for social media, including videos, graphics, and articles to enhance brand awareness.
2. Management of External Resources:
- Outsourced Teams: Coordinate with video editors, copywriters, content producers, and social platform listeners to produce high-quality content.
- Agency Management: Ensure timely delivery and quality of work from external partners.
3. Strategic Planning:
- Calendar Management: Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar to support recruitment campaigns and hiring needs.
- Campaign Strategy: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to attract job seekers and promote our company culture.
4. Brand Positioning:
- Employer Branding: Position the company as an employer of choice through strategic digital marketing efforts.
- Engagement: Foster engagement with potential candidates through interactive and informative content.
