Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Planning
• Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy to achieve brand positioning, customer acquisition, and business growth goals.
• Align marketing initiatives with the company’s long-term vision and the evolving needs of the Philippine EV market.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement
• Digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising.
• Develop initiatives to enhance customer awareness, engagement, and retention.
• Leverage data analytics to monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing investments.
Team Leadership
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
• Partner with dealers and global teams to ensure alignment across functions.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of the Philippine automotive.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Passion for innovation and sustainability in the mobility space.
