Summary:

Develops, executes and oversees the Human Resources (HR) communication strategies for the company’s internal and external branding and communication. Ensures that the communication messages are consistent across all mediums and that organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to the employees and stakeholders in order to keep them well-informed and motivated.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, PR, Journalism or a related field required. Master’s degree is a plus.
At least 5 managerial years of experience in HR or in communications field (agency and corporate)
Demonstrated experience in development and execution of company communication strategies, utilizing a wide variety of media.
Demonstrated strong management, strategic planning and goal setting capabilities.
Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
Has creative flair to develop engaging communications.
Able to work under tight deadlines and to manage projects with the given timelines.
Good organizational skills and with an ability to pay attention to detail.
Experience in social or digital media
