Not only will you drive hiring goals, but you will ensure the highest quality of talent operations across the whole talent team, within their tooling, processes, policies, headcount sign off.
A key figure within Talent Acquisition, you will bring the community together and help train and educate team members on best practices
You Will Be Responsible For
- Leading the Treatwell Talent acquisition strategy, you will be driving excellence and enhancing our candidate's recruitment experience across all markets and departments. .
- Ensuring that all Treatwellers (and pre-Treatwellers) have the best possible employee experience whilst valuing inclusivity, responsiveness and innovation.
- Leading and supporting our company in leading and driving a successful Treatwell Talent acquisition process and system.
- Vendor management: You will be the owner of our ATS, LinkedIn and all our job boards, making sure they are sufficient for our needs and we are getting the best value possible.
- Partnering with the CPO and other leaders, the wider People team and hiring managers, advising on org design, leadership, internal comms and employee relations.
- Managing a team of talent specialists, offering them training and development
- Managing the sign off and approval workflow for requisitions, ensuring all markets are correctly utilising the internal recruitment, visa and referrals policies, managing any escalated situations
- Setting OKRs aligned to headcount goals
- Recruiting senior leadership roles where appropriate
- Using data (both quantitative and qualitative) to create an excellent candidate experience, and making sure we are hiring the best talent possible
- Produce MI that captures key hiring metrics, spend and relevant information for board packs.
About You
- Experienced recruiter, significant experience working hands on recruiting roles from sales to software engineering
- You are pro-active senior leader, with a collaborative and data-driven approach
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing high-potential talent programs and succession planning.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on diversity, internal mobility, and capability gap analysis.
- Empathetic leader that has experience coaching, developing, and empowering a growing internal talent acquisition team.
